His healing tools are Osteopathy, Rebalancing Bodywork, CranioSacral Therapy, bodyART, Pilates, yoga, meditation, body groove, and Shamanic practice.
Garnet’s treatment program engages the natural healing process by working with the hard and soft tissues, nervous system and energetic networks of the body.
The intention of healing postural alignment leads to relieving muscular and skeletal pain therefor restoring balance to the body, mind and spirit.
Garnet worked 25 years as a competitive figure skater before furthering his professional healing body education. He now travels internationally for retreats, conferences and workshops..
Dani Nobrega is an international dance Facilitator, Shamanic Practitioner and Director of The Groove Academy. Dani has traveled the world, for the past decade, helping folks of all ages find and embrace their unique voice through dance.
Dani embraces the dancers art form, even as a youngster, to express her emotions and heal. She trained professionally in both Latin and Ballroom styles. Dani met Misty Tripoli, founder of The Groove Method, in 2012 and it changed her life. As a PhD Candidate from Queen’s University, Dani was exploring critical pedagogy and embodied experience. At this time, she began working with Michelle Hillier and took The Groove Method into schools across Canada. For a decade, the Groove team shared this creative dance experience with over 1 million students. Dani partnered with Misty Tripoli in 2014 and began her career as the Director of The Groove Academy to grow The World Groove Movement. Her work involves developing education and programs, building the Master Trainer team and mentoring facilitators around the world. The Groove Academy has over 600 facilitators leading these experiences around the world. This work has taken Dani across Canada, the USA, Europe, Kuwait, Cambodia, Kenya, and other places. As a lifelong student, Dani continues to study a variety of healing modalities. In 2021 she became a Joe Dispenza advanced student and most recently she completed her accredited Shamanic Practitioner Training through the International Energetic Healing Association under the guidance of Beata Alfoldi. Dani continues to lead her life from her heart and assist predominantly women and youth on their journey of personal transformation and healing.
